Harper May is currently working with a private healthcare provider specialising in care homes. Based in South West London, my client is looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to join their finance team. Renowned for their impeccable standards of care, they have seen their turnover double in size and now plan to open up more sites next year. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and will have prior healthcare experience. Key
Responsibilities:
Full ownership of the company finances Leading and developing the finance team Providing ad hoc analysis to the board and CEO Liaising with the technology team to make sure the company hits its strategic milestones Creating detailed company forecasts and setting budgets Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting functions Developing and maintaining first class systems and controls Desired Skills and Experience Must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Prior healthcare experience is essential Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
