You will have transaction experience, modelling and drafting skills along with strong quantitative and Microsoft Office skills, alongside a basic understanding of accounting. In this role, you will develop your knowledge and skills in Corporate Finance and Software, Internet & Digital Media and Interactive Marketing Services sectors. You will support the client through the deal process, support the execution of the deal and provide support to other members of the team amongst other responsibilities.
