responsibilities:
Lead and manage the UK finance team Ensure that proactive business support and financial analysis is being provided to the plant managers and other member of the senior management team Manage financial reporting, annual financial plans/budgets and monthly forecasts including cash forecasting. Support the management team in the appraisal of new investment proposals. Proactively contribute to a continuous analysis to remove or drive down costs, maximise revenues and recognise synergies. Proactively drive a continuous analysis and review of site profitability driving change and improvement. Support all European finance group objectives and projects. Control consolidation activities, ensure financial compliance and effective internal controls.
