CMA Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join our prestigious Oxford based client. As the Payroll and Benefits Advisor, you will work independently to provide high quality and payroll and benefit support. Key

Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for all general payroll and benefit queries Administration and data input for the UK payroll and a very small global team Processing and recording of modified PAYE data Coordination of year end data, including UK P11Ds Liaising directly with the outsource payroll provider Supporting the senior Benefit Analyst with benefits administration This role requires an individual who has considerable payroll experience ideally gained from within a corporate environment. If you have exposure into global payroll and benefits administration this is highly desirable but not essential. You will be highly numerate and will have advanced Excel skills.
