Our clients are hoping to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee a small team, to own all management accounting and business partnering for a cluster of P&L's within the group. You will be joining a high energy team, you will be a qualified Accountant with experience of management accounting and good communication skills are essential. Our clients are a fast paced, acquisitive company going through an exciting period of growth with another run of acquisitions lined up for 2019. Role: Managing the month end reporting process and ensuring the monthly management accounts and group reporting documents are delivered accurately and within deadlines Ensuring the balance sheet reviews are completed on a monthly basis by the team and reviewing these files to ensure all issues are resolved. Staff management, developing, training, recruitment and selection Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements, raising any areas of concern with the Financial Controller Dealing with and resolving queries from the groups auditors Assisting in the budgeting process Maintain and recommend best practice financial procedures and controls in line with business growth Assist in the implementation of new software packages ensuring integration with accounting system Assist in identifying and proposing cost savings and eficiencies Undertake regular 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports and carry out annual performance reviews

Salary:
Salary of up to £60,000 The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
