Are you an undergraduate and interested in a career in HM Revenue and Customs as a senior tax professional. This is an opportunity to get an insight into HMRC business over 8 weeks via a paid graduate level work placement enhanced by structured training, mentoring and supervision. Job description The Programme will give you a great insight into the true flavour of what a career with HMRC would have in store and the role of a Tax professional. You will: attend presentations from a number of business areas describing their role within HMRC have an opportunity to undertake real work take part in personal development activities complete a project with other interns The Internship Programme will run between 6th July 2020 and 28th August 2020 for a period of 8 weeks. On successful completion of the internship programme you may be offered a place on the 3 year Tax Specialist Programme starting in September 2021. Your offer of a place on the Tax Specialist Programme will be the same location as you your internship placement.
