Payroll Project Consultant Home Based £35-50,000 Our client is a market-leading organisation who offers the most advanced, integrated and insightful software tools and service within the technology and consultancy sector. OVERVIEW As a Payroll Project Consultant, you will support the customers with the smooth transition of their payroll into our client's service centres. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team to provide consultancy to both the client and to the service teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the transfer of knowledge from the incumbent service provider to the client, covering the processes, the controls and checklists and the payroll calendar Planning for and managing the execution of testing working with both the customer and with the service teams to ensure that the service meets their requirements Holding workshops with customers to understand and document the processes that will be needed to deliver their managed service Preparing the processing checklist and ensuring that the appropriate controls are in place for a smooth transition of services Preparing process maps, work instructions and customer information packs to support the transfer of knowledge to the Service Teams Planning and managing acceptance testing and payroll reconciliation testing, in partnership with the Service Teams and the customer Planning and managing the cutover to live service Providing hypercare support during live service REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role you must have: 3 years' experience as a Payroll Manager or Team Leader Experience of managing different stakeholders within an organisation Experience of running Workshops Strong PC literacy skills, including MS Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel up to 3 days per week Experience of working on projects to agreed budgets and timelines CIPP Diploma NEXT STEPS Please apply with your up to date CV.
