Payroll Officer- 6 month FTC- Edinburgh- Salary- £23-28k Are you experienced working in a busy payroll position and currently immediately available for a new challenge? Are you comfortable taking responsibility for your own workload but also understand when to ask for help? We are looking to speak with experienced Payrollers that would be interested in an initial 6 month FTC position with the view to potentially go permanent. This position is based in the Gyle area of Edinburgh. What will the day to day look like? Processing weekly payroll for around 100-200 employees Using several internal timesheet systems Processing new starts/leavers Inputting payroll into system Calculating SPP & CSP Pension uploads Running payroll reports Dealing with payroll queries Are you who we are looking for? You must be comfortable processing payroll and have experience in this Working knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice Have strong communication skills and be able to liaise with different points of contact Be comfortable using different payroll systems and using excel Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail Please note this position could also be available on part-time hours of Mon-Wed if desired.
