Finance and Business Manager , Restaurant Group
Salary:
£45-50K Our Client, a very successful, trend-setting restaurant and bar group is looking for an experienced Finance & Business Manager/Analyst to join this expanding Restaurant group with multiple brands. We need someone who has vast experience, specifically within the hospitality industry and who is an ambitious and passionate analyst. The role Fully understand the financials of the business and build financial models for new sites Support the team; Budgeting and forecasting, Financial modelling, Variance analysis, Pricing and reporting, developing new models, analyse and develop reporting systems and implement new initiatives Analyse the structure, formulate ways to improve and oversee implementation of new systems and technology Manage costs and identify cost efficiencies on a regular basis Work closely with each site and put together weekly reports and analysis to report to the Directors Assist on the management of sponsor relationships and partnerships Work closely with the Financial Director on each sites and overall business targets and budgets Manage all supplier relationships Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry Proficient with Microsoft office suite Experience of working with sponsors and GMs Keen eye for detail with an analytical mind Confident communicator and confident presenting and reporting Proactive, motivated and self-sufficient leader Please apply today with your current CV, for interviews taking place asap The Change Group are acting as an Employment Agency in this instance.
