Reporting & Analytics Manager North Acton Permanent Up to £70k DOE InterQuest Solutions are working on behalf of their client, a renowned telecommunications company based In North Acton for a Reporting & Analytics Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role holder will need to deliver and set the standard for of all analysis and management reporting across UK&I, ensuring profitability is understood across our channels and store estate to enables value-creating decisions to be made by the business at pace. Duties and

responsibilities:
- Management Accounts design and produce management accounts consistent with the full UK P&L to ensure there is a clear view of profitability of each channel of the business. Management accounts should be delivered on a timely basis according to agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and need to satisfy a wider range of stakeholders needs across the Group Exco, Commercial and Operational Directors. - Business Insight Understand the business, working closely with stakeholders and Business partners to identify KPIs, key business drivers, and new business trends. Present and report this insight back to the business. - Quarterly Business Reviews support the Business partners to deliver quarterly financial business reviews in a defined format. - Modelling develop models and analysis that can be used to help better understand our results, aid in planning and provide "what if" analysis. - Develop reporting that enables better, more timely, decisions to be made by the business. Examples; o 'Real' profitability o Supply Chain Cost Analysis o Customer traffic/footfall trends o Indirect Cost Analysis - Data Insight provide first line commentary and business insight through analytics - Work with Business Intelligence (BI) to automate reporting as appropriate and draw through advancements from this space into the wider finance function - Budgeting and Forecasting - support the Financial Planning CoE to ensure forecasts are at the appropriate level of detail (by line and activity) to enable management reporting and effective decision making - Decision Support & Analysis - Support the tracking of initiatives and associated enabler. Measuring performance via a robust best practice. - Accounting - work with Accounting & Control to ensure accounting changes and best practice is followed to ensure the integrity of management reporting. - Drive efficiencies- continually identify new opportunities to drive reporting efficiency by the leveraging systems and standard processes. - Cross Functional Working - work closely with other Finance teams and BI to optimise reporting to ensure no duplication exists. Skills and Experience: - Retail and Commercial Experience (Nice to have) - Strong FP&A experience is essential for this role - Stakeholder Management - Manage and influence senior stakeholders (Advanced) - Accounting and Financial Management - Apply financial knowledge to commercial and operational areas and explain clearly to others (Advanced) - Written and Verbal Communication Skills - able to tell a complex story in a compelling manner via all means of communication (Advanced) - Problem Solving - Analyse and understand complex data and situations to recommend the optimal solution (Advanced) - Results Focused - Delivers work end to end to conclusion in a planned and controlled manner. - Finance Reporting systems - Have worked with finance reporting systems such as HFM, Essbase, SAP BPC or Cognos TM1 and be familiar with BI tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI, or Microstrategy (Nice to have) InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
