You will be tasked with managing the payroll and pensions department ensuring group wide expectations are achieved whilst managing multiple payrolls. The ideal profile of applicant will be a leader in payroll and enjoy the complexity of large group payrolls, whilst ensuring business compliance with statutory regulations and policies. Overall this a role for someone to really get to grips with, challenging the status quo, reviewing delivery and identifying solutions to areas of non-agreement. You would need to be a people person and take a huge amount of pride and satisfaction in your work. The ideal person would have the following attributes; Previous experience in managing a complex payroll on an ERP System.
