The Head of Finance will provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure that Highland Home Carers financial commitments are met and will build excellent working relationships with the executive team, stakeholders, partners, the Non-Executive Board and Trustees and potential funders. The ideal candidate will have: A track record of operating at a senior financial controller level within a large operationally complex environment. Proven experience of budget preparation, setting and monitoring, and financial forecasting. Strong leadership qualities and be able to take our vision and strategy to implementation, action and results Experience of liaising with auditors, business advisors and board members The ability to lead, inspire and motivate staff at all levels An accountancy qualification to at least CIMA, ACCA, CA or CIPFA level or significant experience at this level The full application pack can be found on our website.
