What you'll be doing: Monitoring company's finances on a regular basis and creating reports monthly on these. Using the reports in monthly meetings with the MD to discuss current situations. Credit control and purchase ledger duties within a timely manner. Forecasting of the cash-flow management and banking systems. Budgeting and planning in advance to ensure everything is completed within the agreed time frame. Preparing of VAT returns and all VAT related accountancy. Liaising with the company's external accountants to promptly finalise the company's tax returns.
