The Finance Analyst role is to deliver ongoing assurance to finance and category managers and to service providers senior management. Ensuring that the monthly costs submitted in the open book commercial model are valid, are compliant with the contract approved costs register, supported by appropriate evidence and are accurate and timely and within targets. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial analyst background, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This role is based in London, with 2 days per week in Nottingham. In this role, you are accountable for: Perform with limited supervision the full range of open book cost reviews, in order to provide assurance surrounding the outsource costs billed. Proactively manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships to the highest standards. Analyse and interpret large data sets to identify transactions that require investigation. Undertake and record audit work in accordance with the standardised methodologies. Develop and issue report results and assurance levels both in writing and verbally. Help maintain and develop the assurance and audit programme and associated methodologies. Support the Finance Business Partners in the development and implementation of outsource provider strategies. Work to support the Finance Business Partners with ensuring tight financial contract management. Support in the delivery of the monthly accounts for the outsource functions.
