Fixed-term for 18 months - Full Time
Salary:
£28,090 We're a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. The role holder will support the monthly management accounts process, including calculating accruals/prepayments and posting journals. You will also support the production of service charges, budgets and forecasts, carry out balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns and maintain the Treasury processes and cashflows. You will also have a dynamic 'can do' attitude with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Advanced IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel are also essential. Housing sector experience is desirable though not essential.
