Robertson Bell Finance are working with a well-known Housing Association to recruit an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner for a period of 3-6 months with the potential for extension. Based in Central London, the role joins the organisation during a period of change and in need of additional support. Reporting into the Director of Finance, the main responsibilities of the Interim Senior Finance Business Partner are as follows: Work with all of the major directorates within the organisation to collate and pull together budgets. Take a leading role with the improvement of systems and processes, becoming a go to person for changes being made. Ensure that the upcoming budgeting process runs smoothly and is as accurate as possible. Support and challenge 8 key stakeholders across the business to provide accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with excellent interpersonal skills who has extensive experience of business partnering in a Housing Association. You must also have strong Excel skills in order to deal with the large quantities data that sits in spreadsheets that the organisation currently use as well as to make the necessary improvements to these after this budgeting cycle.
