Exciting opportunity to for an experienced Payroll Manager to join an awardwinning charitable organisation based in Manchester City Centre on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the standalone management of the organisations payroll, which is 400 monthly paid employees. Your role will also involve assisting with the transition of company payroll from inhouse to an outsourced provider. Key

Responsibilities:
- End to end payroll processing - Resolving any queries relating to pay - Periodic PAYE reporting, include P11d, P60, P35, P45 and associated reporting - Season ticket loan and student loan deductions - Attachment of Earnings order - SMP, SSP, Adoption leave - Commissions and bonus calculation - Preparation of data for outsource providers for European entities - MI Reporting including general pay, equal pay and sick deductions Experience Required: - Previous experience managing a payroll, preferably within a standalone capacity - Up to date knowledge of Payroll legislation - Strong manual calculations experience - Experience managing outsourced payrolls - EMEA payroll experience desirable - Strong organisational skills - Positive attitude and a strong work ethic - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Familiarity with SD Works is highly beneficial Benefits include: - 23 days holiday bank - 5% pension contributions - Flexible working hours - Short walk from central tram stops and stations If this position sounds of interest, please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
