My client is a market leader in their Financial Planning niche dealing with medical professionals. They have seen a recent period of growth and thus, have decided they need an Administration Manager to join them in setting up new processes and efficiencies. The purpose of this role is to manage the workload of the client services team via allocating and delegating, yet getting involved to assist with admin overflow too. The successful candidate will be tasked with being the liaison between the client services team and the Adviser/Paraplanner team, ensuring all processes are followed and efficiency is maximised at all times. My client hope that this person will be familiar with admin support but also confident with managing the processes around it. Ideally, you will have had experience in a similar role before within Financial Planning or Wealth Management and are looking for a company where you are able to make a real difference and revolutionise their processes and systems.
