My client, a long-established growing company with Headquarters in Reading Town Centre (RG1), are seeking a an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role would suit a candidate who has strong Excel skills and looking to gain further experience in Accounts Receivable in a large company. To be successful you will need to be a confident communicator with good attention to detail and be able to demonstrate an understanding of how a Billing and Accounts Receivable function works as part of a Finance Team. Duties Include: Generate invoices using Finance system and excel spreadsheets. Scan and email to invoices to internal and external stakeholders and file documents accurately. Manage records of Purchase Order numbers. Ongoing maintenance of client records. Working with the wider business to resolve queries. Assist credit control Team with sending out monthly statements.
