Harper May is currently working with one of the UK's fastest growing hospitality businesses. The company are seeking an experienced CFO to lead their finance function. The company develop and manage assets across Europe and are known for their luxury hotels and fine dining restaurant. My client is looking to continue their rapid expansion into Europe and build on their 100 million pound turnover. The CFO will have a position of serious authority. The purpose of this position is to direct and control the Company's financial reporting and to give strategic guidance to the CEO. The successful candidate will be fully ACA qualified with hotel and restaurant experience. Key

responsibilities:
To prepare a corporate strategy and annual business plan to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible Assist in the recruitment, management and motivation of an effective and rapidly expanding team Together with the CEO, oversee the majority of the group's legal matters including all corporate structures Participating and developing new business opportunities for the group Ensuring that adequate controls are installed and maintained Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal activities for the organisation including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for the business units, including consolidated single currency budgets, and budgeting for new hotel openings Overseeing all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants Monitor banking activities of the organisation Oversee the production of monthly reports as well as financial statements and cash flow projections Review and monitoring of Group tax position, calculations and filings Desired Skills and Experience: Fully qualified ACA would be advantageous Must have extensive experience in leading and developing finance functions Strong technical accounting skills are highly desirable Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
