Our client is a fast-paced recruitment company looking to hire a new Senior Credit Controller into their finance team to support their rapid growth. They are looking for a candidate who is very ambitious and has the desire to lead a team in a fast-growing business. This role will offer the opportunity to assist the Credit Manager with supervising the team's performance, helping with reporting and analysing data. Responsibilities - Debt Recovery - Setting targets for credit controllers - Supervising credit team - Mentoring junior staff - Helping to improve processes and improving internal systems - Chasing payments via telephone and email - Maintaining existing client relationships - Producing age debt reports - Resolving queries - Reduce DSO - Dealing with large clients - Cash allocations on - Extracting allocation - Working with £25m ledger - Undertake reconciliations - Managing numerous accounts - Negotiating and arranging payment plans - Ensuring all SLA's are met regarding invoice requests - Sending Invoices out to clients Skills Required - - Confident phone manner - Build rapport with clients - 2 years' experience in recruitment industry - Positive and hardworking attitude
