Being the main point of contact for finance for the team Ensuring that all financial reporting requirements are complete and in-line with company deadlines Completing all of the budgeting and forecasting for the business Managing relationships with key personnel in the wider network Completing month end closing responsibilities, including balance sheet reconciliations with supporting information, detailed cut off analysis and various reporting requirements Seeking continuous areas for improvement in the control environment Assisting with the monthly management reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of the financial reporting requirements and commercial analysis Growing and leading a team, responsible for development and performance Assisting with annual audit Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA essential Very personable - you will be in a close knit team Strong technical accounting background Ambition and willingness to work in a non-for-profit
