Payroll Manager

Based in South Oxfordshire this opportunity is for an initial 1 year fixed term contract and will see the Payroll Manager: \Accurately delivering the monthly payroll cycle in line with the organisations policies \Oversee the day to day processes of the payroll team \Support the delivery of the wider longterm strategy in relation to payroll \Produce regular reports on HR related metrics \Issue all documents in relation to payroll to employees \Complete payroll reporting and ensure accurate BACS payments \Manage the relationship with key external suppliers for outsourced services Who are you? The successful candidate for this role will be a motivated and process driven individual, who takes pride in accurate and timely delivery of payroll. This role would require: \Previous experience in processing monthly payroll for a large organisation \Excellent IT skills including knowledge of HR or Payroll systems \Qualified or working towards HR or Payroll qualification (desirable) \Firstrate communicator in an approachable and friendly manner This opportunity offers a generous benefits package of both excellent holidays and pension.
