I am currently looking a Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant for a very good client of mine in North West London. YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF A SIMILAR ROLE WITHIN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF SOME SORT They are a specialist sub contractor in the Architectural Metal/Structural Steel industry. Your day to day task would be mainly relationship management and staying on top of payment schedules. The company has about 10 main clients and on and of around 600 suppliers. Staying on top of sending payments on time, keeping an eye on payments due in, and being aware if they are not, and chasing any payments that are out standing to help a consistent and healthy cash flow within the business. Other duties will include things like CIS returns, general bookkeeping, purchasing etc. You will need: to have strong SAGE 50 experience be able to complete CIS Returns purchase ledger experience experience in staying on top of mulitple payment schedules excellent relationship management skills bookkeeping be methodical and work well under pressure
