Accounts Assistant - Lichfield £20,000 - £24,000 - Temp Are you available for an immediate start?, do you have experience of using Sage accounting systems? Bespoke Recruitment are working with a Lichfield based in their quest to appoint an additional pair of hands to help out in their small accounts function. The role will support the Finance Manager in ensuring all the day to day activities are kept up to date and recorded in a timely and accurate manner. Typically you will be involved in:- Purchase ledger - ensuring all invoices are posted, matched and coded to the system accordingly including preparation of payment runs and statement reconciliations as well as dealing with any queries Raising sales ledger invoices with appropriate liaison with the sales/operations teams Credit Control, maintaining the debtors through appropriately chasing any outstanding debts and allocating any incoming cash Payroll administration, supporting the finance manager to ensure all reconciliation of payroll matters is completed Supporting the Finance Manager with any tasks required to ensure the monthly accounting process is delivered in line with company expectations This is a great opportunity for an immediately available experienced accounts professionals who has a good all round exposure to transactional finance and experience of using Sage systems .
