The Company: Our client is a well-established British Manufacturer with over 200 years of history. Main duties: To provide effective Credit Control service for National and Export Sales. The Role: - To manage all aspects of the debtors ledger - To chase all outstanding debts and invoices and take appropriate action - To make a large volume of outbound calls - To contribute & ensure overdue debt is minimised at or below budget levels - To follow company strategies for resolving overdue debt issues on high turnover value customer accounts - To ensure UK and Export credit insurance policies complied with management of over trading accounts - To maintain customer account details on financial systems as appropriate - To deliver outstanding customer service in an efficient and accurate manner The Candidate: - Proficient in French is ESSENTIAL (Written and spoken) - Fluent in English to mother tongue standard is ESSENTIAL (Written and spoken) - AAT or Accounting qualification equivalent is a STRONG ADVANTAGE - Previous experience in Credit Control or Customer Service within Accounts or Finance - Experience and aptitude to make a high volume of outbound calls and working in a fast paced environment - A natural problem solver with excellent organisations and communication skills
