Due to this sustained stratospheric growth, our client is now seeking to recruit an ACCA/CIMA qualified, or finalist Accountant to join the firm in the capacity of 'Finance Manager. Your role objectives: - To ensure that the Finance tasks, detailed below, are completed to a high standard - To work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director in establishing a best in class finance function Key

responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for monthly financial accounting - Preparing month end pack which includes: o Management Accounts o Board Report o Analysis of business performance - Leading year end audit process - Regulatory reporting including PSD and MLAR returns - Production of daily bank covenant reporting - Managing day to day treasury operations - Preparation and submission of tax returns - Ad-hoc project work to support business strategy - Supervision of Accounts Assistant Experience and qualifications: - Part-qualified accountant (actively studying at the final level) or newly qualified (ACCA/CIMA) - Financial Services experience (particularly lending company experience) desirable - Minimum 3 years previous experience in a finance role - Proficiency in MS Excel - Knowledge of an accounting software package Personal qualities: - Technically proficient - Diligent - High attention to detail - Numerical - Adaptable (able to converse with different levels of the business) - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management - Friendly and approachable - Eager to learn An attractive salary with regular reviews, study support, yearly bonus and 33 days holiday are all on offer for the succesful candidate.
