Head of Finance | Fast-Growth Hospitality Business | London Harmonic are proud to be recruiting for one of the world's most renowned private members clubs. This hospitality business operates internationally, with one site in the UK and one abroad. The business are looking for a Head of Finance to join the team and work closely with the CFO in helping to run the finance function. Based in their central London site, you will be working in a trendy office space, in a working environment that has a real 'family feel' to it. There is a great, sociable culture to the company, where everyone is very supportive. They are looking for a Finance Manager or Financial Controller, to make the step up to Head of Finance and work on developing their exciting financial plans. The Role: Reporting directly into the Managing Director and the CFO, you will gain great exposure to senior stakeholder engagement and will be integral to setting and implementing the business strategy. As the business grows and the role develops, you may be given the chance to work more heavily on international accounting. Your main responsibilities would include managing the production and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts. As well as reviewing and analysing areas of the business for improvements and efficiencies. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 6 people. Duties: Overseeing the Finance Function Working alongside the CFO and MD on planning and implementing the financial and commercial strategy Responsibility for producing Monthly Management Accounts Leading on producing annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasting Providing commercial analysis on areas for improvement in business performance Ensuring a robust controls environment, proactively looking for areas to constantly improve What we need to see (essential): ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Confident communication skills Experience in Hospitality or Food & Beverage

Salary:
