Responsibilities:
Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt Managing Large accounts Reconciliations of accounts Chasing of failed Direct Debts to make sure payment is secured within the month of failure Account follow ups Collations of all credits and refunds Moving of debt to legal teams in a timely manner & maintaining legal system with account updates and revenue increases Updating of account system, ensuring all communication are logged in a time manner and maintained at all times so that each entry is correct. Monthly aged debt reports Account reconciliations from all finance systems Responding to emails within 24 hours Dealing with escalations Any ad-hoc tasks
