As a transition advisor in Partner Matters, you will have an opportunity to work with the most senior people in our firm and key responsibilities in supporting the delivery of high quality programs. If you would like to hear more about our flexible working arrangements, please let us know. Your role There is an opportunity for a strong Advisor to join the team, focused on partner transition. Working closely with the Transitions Manager and Senior Manager, you will have key responsibilities in supporting the delivery of strategic programmes, milestone events and special projects. Specific responsibilities include Legacy and transition: Delivery and evaluation of our transition journey, which supports partners through the retirement process. This will mainly involve event planning, communications, tracking and feedback evaluation North and South Europe (NSE) new partner welcome Event: Delivery and evaluation of this annual milestone event to celebrate and acknowledge new partners across NSE. Partner Portal and Former Partner LinkedIn group: Maintenance, sourcing content, reviewing posting and pages on partner platform to drive partner engagement and self-service. Having an ongoing role in maintaining the two Deloitte partner platforms. Retirement process: working with the Partner Helpdesk to ensure both team are aware of partner retirements to communicate timely support to retiring partners Global New Partner Seminar: Liaise with the global events team, the partner helpdesk and partner matters team on delegate selection and travel to the event. Team collaboration: Working with Partner Matter managers to understand resourcing requirements, managing the resource calendar and working with the Partner Admin & Partner Helpdesk team leader to plan and align support. Lea Team communications: overseeing the schedule of team meetings (with immediate team and wider teams in Milton Keynes and Switzerland), ownership of k drive and Partner Matters mailbox Other projects: Involvement in discrete projects, and ad hoc priority areas as and when they emerge. Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution The scope of the role is all UK/Swiss Partners primarily extending to NSE partners through coordination with Partner Matters teams in NSE geographies. Location:
London with occasional domestic and international travel Work pattern: This is a fixed term contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a part-time basis, with a minimum of four days (80% presence) a week. Our team members work a variety of agile working patterns.
