Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be joining a business that has grown consistently, provide a supportive environment while giving autonomy to enable professional development. The role will play a pivotal part in the delivery of a successful management accounting function ensuring accuracy of the group reporting pack, support department heads with key business decisions from financial findings. You will provide financial analysis on company performance while making longer term projections dependent on stakeholder expectations. Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to work with several areas of the business, support projects and suggest ways of improving current processes from a financial perspective. The successful applicant will hold an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience in a management accounting position. You will have the ability to communicate financial position effectively with non finance colleagues, able to manipulate large volumes of data and be able to work well in a small team environment.
