Harper May is currently working with a high end drinks brand based in Marylebone. My client is seeking a Head of Finance to lead their finance team. The company is renowned for their years of carefully mastered craft to make a world leading product, and this is reflected in year on year growth figures of 110%. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and will have prior drinks/fmcg experience. Key Responsibilities; Deliverance of annual budgets to key board members Building and maintaining close relationships with Divisional CEO and other senior stakeholders A key understanding of the businesses goals and initiatives in order to direct the finance team towards maximising profitability Budgeting and forecasting for the Global operation Ad-hoc analysis on current and future projects Mentoring and development of junior staff members Directly managing 5 members of the management accounts team Key Requirements; ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Must have prior drinks/fmcg experience Highly-motivated pro-active self starter Ability to work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment Confidence to maintain close relationships with Divisional CFO and CEO
