£35.000-50.000 depending on experience Full-time & Permanent Job Our client, an established and leading gallery based in Mayfair, is internalising the bookkeeping and administration activities and they are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant. The ideal candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience using Sage50 and Xero as well. Bookkeeping tasks: Post multi currency suppliers and customers invoices and credit note; Bank multi currency reconciliations; Post payrolls and pension contributions; Post manual double entry transactions in the software; Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable; Preparation of the quarterly VAT reports and adjustments in multi-currency in the software and excel; Preparation of EC Sales List and Intrastat; Posting Year End Audit Adjustments; Monthly Reports: Preparation of Financial Statements; Preparation of the cash-flow reports; Preparation of the supplier payment schedules; Payroll: Creating a new employee in the software; Production monthly payslip; Upload pension contribution; Producing P45, P60, P11D; Producing Year End Employer Reports to HMRC; Administration: Process the PAYE and VAT payment to HMRC; Process payment general suppliers; Liaising with external accounting Firm; Dealing with Audit Firm; Liaising with local banks.
