Purchase Ledger Clerk Full time, Maternity cover £25,000 Paddington, London We are an Incoming Tour operator based in Paddington, London, currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time basis, for a Maternity cover with immediate start and to the 6 th April 2020. The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be ready to hit the ground running, enthusiastic and with a can do attitude. This is a fantastic role working for a long-established company. Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk Process Invoices & credit notes Raise and resolve queries for discrepancies on charges invoiced by suppliers Raise payments to suppliers and promptly email remittance advices Maintain supplier accounts - Allocation of invoices, credit notes and payments. Process & reconcile supplier statements Reconciling business credit card statements and posting transactions Recording general expenses to the nominal Ledger accounts Assist with month end duties and banking to be done daily Assist the Accounts Team with any ad hoc tasks.
