Your role at SilverDoor Apartments The Accounts Receivable Analyst has the responsibility to administer the company's overall sales ledger workload under the direction of the Receivables & Credit Control Manager. Role Responsibilities Prepare, quality check, process and post client payment requests and credit notes in line with the agreed sales ledger processes Ensure that all client accounts receivables issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner Support the reconciliation of daily payments received Recognise potential client credit control issues and bring them to the attention of the Receivables & Credit Control Manager Support credit control on chasing overdue accounts Understand the company's Business Relations team processes, service delivery commitments and staff personalities Ensure that accurate reconciliation of sales ledger accounts are maintained Experience and Skills Required Sound knowledge of billing processes Has relevant experience of Sage 200 accounts (preferable, not essential) Has excellent verbal and written English Has good numeracy skills and advanced Excel knowledge Has problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to business Has a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy A little bit about us...
