Role SummaryAs part of the GE India Multi-modal Facility Finance team, Manufacturing Operation Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for Bal`ance Sheet Reconciliation, Cash flow reporting, HQ Reporting and Technical controllership. Essential ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will need to have manufacturing facility background. Drive strong balance sheet with focus of eliminating potential risk for liability Ensure Interim reconciliation in place and close all open item within timeline Ensure seamless data flow from Zeal Oracle to CCL to Aviation HFM Review of segmented HFM results and take appropriate action for correction Close all DRs/ Edits reporting as per timeline Projection of cash flow and Preparation of Indirect method cash flow Ensure proper guideline/ GE GAP and changes in Accounting standard (INDAS) are appropriately adhered Preparation and review of Statutory Books and reconciliation of USGAAP and IGAAP books, Coordination with Auditors Support physical verification of Inventory and Capex Qualifications/Requirements Qualified CA/ CMA with 2 to 3 years experience Sound knowledge of IGAAP, Companies Act, Accounting Standard Desired Characteristics Strong organizational skills, MS office, Strong excel skills Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization.
