JOB DESCRIPTION Work place 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa ward, Tan Phu dist, HCMC Payment to vendors Receive invoices and supporting documents from vendors, recording into Log book and inform relevant departments. Follow up and work closely with departments for the payment requests Check and ensure supporting documents are adequate, completeness and in line with the current company policies and procedures Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO and goods receipt) and ensure the accuracy, proper authorization and process payment requests to vendor timely Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of payment requests Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries correctly Communicate with vendors and assist them with any payable issues Review Aging report and make sure there is no overdue payment and reconcile with vendor Assist with month-end closing Provide supporting documentation for audits when necessary Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation Maintain organized up-to-date files of all documents supporting contractual arrangements and payments in a secure and confidential manner Proactively propose initiates to improve efficiency of the current processes/procedures Other ad-hoc tasks when required Payment to employees Ensure invoices and supporting documents are adequate and in connection with the current Employee Business Expense policy Record Expense report into ERP system and process payment to employees timely Make sure the correct account coding, expense type Quickly coordinate to relevant employees to solve the payment issues Promptly support employees with their questions, concerns
