Reponsibilities The successful candidate will provide service for a portfolio of inward global accounts with the following key responsibilities Work with overseas Aon Producing Offices to service local operations of multinational companies, such as Setting service scope and fee Coordinate with and report to Aon Producing Offices Administer covers provided by global insurance programs Communicate clients global risk management philosophy to local client Service local clients Client relationship manager for local clients Advise client on risk and general insurance issues Advise on the local statutory insurance requirements Strategize, place and manage insurance renewals Review clients contractual insurance requirements Initiate invoicing and collect premiums and fees Issue certificates of insurance Regional Coordinator Perform Regional Coordination role for major accounts with operations in APAC Help to win and set up Regional Coordination accounts Train and guide colleagues in performing Regional Coordination role Achieve organic business growth target within existing portfolio Comply with company procedures and processes Lead and coach a team of colleagues Provide guidance on technical and client servicing matters Support staff on organic growth and new business development To achieve team annual budget Mentor staff in their professional development Build, motivate and maintain cohesive team Any other roles and responsibilities assigned Requirements Bachelor Degree or Diploma General Insurance academic qualifications. ACII would be advantageous At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry Meticulous, proactive and able to multi-task efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant and positive personality, adaptable to changes Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen Good spoken and written communication skills A strong team player Passion to serve and lead with empathy
