Assistant Vice President - ( GOV000022 ) Description Handling of all notices across the bank Income tax/ vat/ excise /commercial tax Handling of all notices across the bank Police / CBI / EOW/ ED and others Handling from regulatory authorities- SEBI / RBI/Court and others End to end tracking & closure of all notices right from- raising the case with the respective stakeholders , retrieving the data, coordinating with various units like BDTS, OSD,BRANCH, LEGAL , COMPLIANCE etc and finally submission of the data to the regulators. Preparation & publishing of regular & periodic MISs as per defined SOPs Preparation of exception MIS which provides a proactive exceptions to branch and respective units Managing Central Data repository for various notices and creating dashboard for each individual unit pendency and publish to key stakeholders Qualifications Skills Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex notices to all levels and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders Ability to priorities among various notices based on severity and comfortable working in ambiguous and fast changing work environment Ability to deal with cross functional teams Excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on team development Understanding and provide responses on the criticality of the notices and coordinate with various stakeholders and provide response to regulators as stipulated Academic Qualification Graduate in any discipline, professional qualifications such as MBA, CAIIB, would be a plus Primary Location India-Maharashtra-Mumbai Work Locations Yes Bank Tower Mumbai YES Bank Tower Indiabulls Finance Centre Tower 2 Senapati Bapat Marg Mumbai MUMBAI
