To address this, the Digital Platform & Experience (DPE) division was formed and the FP&A-DPE team are the key financial advisors helping Autodesk to achieve this goal. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Digital Enterprise Services (DES) group led by the CIO. This is the largest business unit within the DPE division with a charter to drive efficiencies and provide technology solutions throughout the entire company. This role will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and will be a key player in spend management and financial analysis. Successful candidates will have a self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. In addition, strong professionalism and communication skills are crucial in order to proactively partner with key stakeholders. How You Will Spend Your Day Partnership with stakeholders and budget owners You will partner with budget owners to drive forecasts and recommend solutions for effectively managing their spend. On top of that, you will be the first line of approval for all expenditures within your areas Act as the lead You will be looked upon as the lead financial analyst to help drive overall consolidation of forecasts as well as providing accurate, succinct, executive-friendly updates and summaries Financial analysis You will provide monthly spend reporting and assist in providing ad-hoc analyses to help support business decisions Responsibilities Partner directly with the other financial analysts on the team and act as the lead of the monthly forecasting cycles for the Digital Enterprise Services group Point of contact for technology service managers and budget owners Track, analyze, and report spend components to ensure forecasts are accurate and stakeholders are aware of any risks or opportunities in spend Own quarter-end activities including preparing and submitting cross-charges and accruals, consolidating total landing positions for the group, as well as being a cross-functional liaison Participate in projects focused on efficiencies including building new models/templates, revamping existing processes, and ad-hoc analyses Minimum Qualifications 4 years of experience Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing spend preferred Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and strong time management abilities Intermediate to strong Excel skills High attention to detail and ability to drive process improvements About Autodesk With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
