This position is primarily responsible for the payroll role function. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to Calculate timesheets, verifying available time off, data entry, running of appropriate reports and distribution of the payroll to the employees. Review earnings, deductions and benefits calculations. Answer all ZF plants and their employees questions concerning the payroll and individual paysilps. Ensures compliance with Mexican Federal and State laws regarding payroll. Make sure that time and attendance data and other payroll interfaces are correct. The position requires excellent customer service to Mexican operating units and corporate finance, ensuring all reporting deadlines are achieved and ZF accounting policies and practices adhered to. Requirements Accounting or related degree 2-3 Years of related experience in Mexican Payroll processing. Experience using the SUA program and employees annual tax return calculations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of internal controls and corporate accounting policies and practices. Ability to interpret government regulations and convey information to ZF plants and their employees, desire to work on challenging payroll projects, Bilingual English/Spanish 60 PERCENT .
