Location BENTONVILLE, AR Career Area Business Operations Job Function - Employment Type Regular/Permanent Position Type Salary Requisition R-61381 What you'll do at The Associate Director, Membership Value Proposition will be responsible for developing new benefits for Sams Club & Plus levels of membership. You will manage a pipeline of innovations from ideation to execution to ensure the delivery of several new benefits each year. You will also create your recommendations by performing market research, benchmarking, data analysis, and building business cases. In addition, you will work with internal and external teams to ideated and implement these new benefits. These teams include market research, behavioral sciences, marketing, finance, decision sciences, operations, product development, engineering, and various external agencies. Youll sweep us off our feet if You have product development experience creating consumer products You have experience managing and improving customers experience across their lifecycle You have experience at a brand name company, in packaged goods, durable goods, software, financial products, hospitality, etc. You are passionate about consumer-centric product development You are strong in both the art & science of products development From market research & user experience, to data analysis & business cases You are action oriented and capable of managing many products & benefits in all phases of the development pipeline You really enjoy working in a large organization and working with others on product development & experience management You are an effective communicator and are able to make persuasive presentations to executives Youll make an impact by Developing new products & benefits Creating value for our members while driving profit for our company.
