- - Managing a busy Payroll Team and payroll function. - Prepare and submit P11d, PSA and other HMRC payments. - Ensuring statutory and policy compliance. - Communicate within multiple companies and related stakeholders. - Maintain, create and improve payroll processes and training documentation. - Reconcile RTI files and submit to HMRC. - Manage and coach the payroll team, including performance reviews, training and development. Experience required:- - CIPP Foundation Degree or similar level - Demonstrate excellent current technical UK payroll Knowledge. - Previous payroll system development/implementation experience - Demonstrable experience of managing a busy multi sited payroll function. - Excellent systems skill including Excel and ideally PeopleSoft.
