Supporting and partnering with the newly appointed Head Of Finance, you will have considerable involvement in migrating and effectively setting up new processes and procedures for the transactional part of the business. Essential to the success of this role is your ability to influence and improve processes and procedures within the payables function. With the support of the CFO and Head Of Finance, you will drive the AP automation process ensuring scaleable, effective, and robust systems are in place. Experience of any similar projects would clearly be advantageous. Given that there is an established distribution network in Germany with numerous existing sites; relevant language skills will be advantageous, but not essential. Experience of supervising or managing the ledger process is required and given that there are numerous divisions within the business, previous exposure to a multi-company ledger work will be beneficial. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable function. This will involve the 'hands-on' duties such as processing, reconciliations, query resolution etc, as well as reviewing and streamlining processes and procedures.
