The role will be allencompassing and requires someone who understands payroll and can manage a busy process and duties will include; Ensuring strong management of UK payroll process Making sure that payroll information is processed in an accurate and timely manner Compiling data from all sources Preparing and reviewing payroll account reconciliations Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearend reports Reviewing payroll policies and procedures Putting together payroll information and sending to external provider for final processing Addressing any queries and issues Overseeing compliance for statutory reporting and filing requirements Liaising with outsourced payroll company Ad hoc duties This role will suit someone who is used to working in a fastpaced environment and enjoys taking responsibility for their own workload. The ability to work to deadlines and working closely with staff at all levels is also essential. A strong understanding of payroll processes, being able to spot anomalies and rectify them and run a tight ship are all essential to the success of this role.
