The role will provide leadership and guidance to Accounts Payable, Client Invoicing and Cash & Banking teams, in total a team 18.Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, and a key member of the EMEA Finance team, this person will lead and inspire the transactional teams to maintain world-class service levels, drive efficiencies in transactional processes, track KPIs and assist in new project implementations. The role involves forging strong working partnerships across FTI's business Segments and with Finance colleagues. Adherence to Internal Controls are paramount in this role, in tandem with a smooth day to day running of the back-office functions.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of a world-class level of service to the business
• Enforcing and adhering to FTI's internal controls in a SOX based environment
• Driving efficiencies in FTI business processes to ensure a timely flow of information from external suppliers including invoice to cash payment
• Partner with Segmental operational teams to manage key vendor relationships
• Managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) teams to ensure timely and accurate order, to expense coding to cash processing
• Management of AP payment run deadlines
• The key point of contact for the business and FTI Segments in all queries regarding AP and T&E
• Manage the EMEA Corporate Credit Card programs
• Leading the Cash & Banking team to ensure all transactions and accurately matched and reconciled to bank statements and posted to FTI's financial statements
• Managing the billing team in the production of monthly client invoices
• Provision of timely information to the Management Accounting team for accruals, prepayments
• Responsible for interactions with FTI's banking providers; cash flow monitoring, ensuring bank service levels are maintained, linking with corporate Treasury for currency trades
• Develop and track KPIs to manage team performance leveraging FTI's platform of choice ServiceNowQUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Essential:
• Experience of managing transactional teams ideally in a centralized, not decentralized, environment
• Working knowledge and experience across an EMEA region
• Excellent client service mindset and attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Educated to degree level
• Detailed understanding of a central Finance organization
• Understanding of an internal controls framework
• Solution based, 'can-do' mindset
• Solid finance knowledge and detailed understanding of invoice to cash processes across AP, T&E, BillingDesired:
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Accountant, but not essential
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation and dealing with EMEA subsidiaries
• Chrome River and Elite financial systems
