The role of Finance Analyst is a key one within the busy Commercial Finance department of this leading NHS Trust. Responsibilities will include:-Management InformationPreparation of all departmental Management information on a timely basisPreparation of other department's Management Information as requiredPreparation and relationship management of PHIN datasets Development of Executive Information SystemAccountingPreparation of accounts and VAT submissions for trust owned entities and other organisations as requested by Deputy Head of Commercial FinanceAttendance of any meetings with external parties to develop and present accountsBusiness partneringPreparation of month end close and reconciliations.Financial modelling for all UK tenders under £1 million and other business opportunities as required by Deputy Head of Commercial FinanceManagement and LeadershipAssuming full ownership of monthly, quarterly forecasting and accruals processSupporting Head of Commercial Finance in annual business planning process as requiredLeading the project to obtain additional funds from external sources to complement commercial activities.Supporting Head of Commercial Finance in direct management of the billing team in the Commercial Directorate.Financial responsibilitiesWork with the senior credit controller to ensure prompt payment of amounts owed to the Trust.For further details / informal visits contact:Jason Bradyjason.bradygstt.nhs.uk .external_test_container { margin-left: 15px; } .external_test_short_desc { color: 990066; font-weight: bold; } .external_test_long_desc { color: 990066; font-weight: bold; }
