Investigo are supporting a Software business in Slough with the recruitment for a Payroll Supervisor on a 12 month FTC basis. The business currently operates group payroll across multiple payroll platforms. This role sits in the Finance department and is responsible for the processing of the group payroll across multiple regions and currencies. This role will lead the payroll consolidation project to align all payrolls onto one payroll platform to simplify the group payroll process. Duties Management and improvement of the operational delivery of the UK and international payrolls. Ensure all in country payroll legislative compliance is maintained whilst ensuring consistency of framework. Administration of the payroll platforms for each group payroll for payroll changes and hoc changes. Ensure payrolls and associated payroll taxes are accurately submitted to treasury teams within deadlines for payment. Management of the payroll project, advising the business on a global payroll provider solution and management of existing payrolls onto one global solution. Support the statutory audit and management of payroll audit queries. Input into the director's emoluments reporting information for statutory purposes. Provision of payroll statistical information for the financial reporting. Preparation of the payroll documentation for internal processes and governance. Regularly review the end to end payroll process and controls to ensure appropriate. Point of contact for internal and external payroll queries. Provide payroll payment information to management for cashflow purposes. Deliver and complete all tax year end activity internationally. Preparation and submission of P11ds. Processing of P45, P46 and P60's. Support HR manager with healthcare schemes. Responsible for the preparation of the PSA return. Ensure enrolment on to pension schemes and compliance with legislation. Pension uploads for various pension schemes. Liase with pensions providers and provide supporting information for management, when required. Oversight of the monthly payroll reconciliations. Ideally you will have Minimum 5 years experience Up to date knowledge of international payroll requirements in UK, South Africa, USA, Canada, Australian and other regions Good Excel skills If you are interested in this opportunity please apply today
