Salary - £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum Type - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location - Milton Keynes As a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk your main responsibilities will be ; - The processing and payment of invoices to 3rd party suppliers, including the posting to SAP, creating of payment run and timely clearance from the bank account. - Ensuring all e-mail enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner to meet company standards - Respond to queries from key stakeholders such as the client, and internal/external audit. - Investigate and resolve payment queries and provide resolution to issues. - Performing weekly and monthly reconciliations and produce monthly and ad-hoc payment reporting. - Building and maintaining business relationships with customers to ensure a premium service. - Ensuring compliance with the internal control environment and that deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Ensuring up to date process documentation is in place for all key processes under your remit so that that there is a full audit trail and robust control infrastructure.
