Responsibilities:
Reporting to Accounts Manager Raising purchase orders Inputting and matching suppliers' invoices against purchase orders Updating spread sheets Assisting with collection of missing payments Look at staff expenses and change accordingly Daily bank reconciliations Create sales invoices The successful applicant: Actively completing/completed an AAT qualification. Great attention to detail and well organised. Able to confidently use Excel and other systems such as Sage Line 50 and Payroll Sage 50. Build relationships man different people. Confident verbal and written communication Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
